Training and Development
To give all our team the best possible support at Beulah Vista, we offer a full week of induction training in the classroom.
Although we require all team members to carry out online training, we find that some subjects such as dementia & communication are well received in the classroom.
We encourage the induction week to be interactive and use this time to carry out some team building.
